José is an incredible host that will do anything to make you feel at home. It is a quiet place in the jungle, where you will see (and hear :-) ) a lot of monkeys, butterflies and other animals. Perfect for relaxing, reading outside at the porch or by a small stream that is located directly beside the property. There, you can also eat breakfast, if you like. José cooks everything from scratch in his kitchen outside and it will keep you full for a long time. He can also help with recommendations on where to go or other suggestions. The home we stayed in was super clean and it was even decorated with fresh flowers. You will need a car but then it's maybe a 5-10min drive to Cahuita and about 15min to Puerto Viejo, so you have a wide range of beaches and restaurants to explore. We would highly recommend this place, if you are looking for a place to connect to nature, slow down and still feel at home.

It’s amazing accommodation, photos on the website don’t give it justice. The place is kept in immaculate condition, well equipped accommodation . The place is gated with the owner leaving nearby. We felt very safe during our stay. Ample of wildlife: Aracari, howling monkeys, agouti to name a few. If you are planning to visit this part of the Costa Rica don’t hesitate , you won’t regret it. Cahuitas asuv LaLola Villa Privada pakub privaatse basseiniga majutust, tasuta WiFi-ühendust ja tasuta privaatset parkimist. This is a very good quality and comfortable rental. We booked the whole property and used all three rooms. We liked the indoor - outdoor lounge and kitchen and found the pool a delight. We enjoyed the birds and animals in the surrounding trees. The property caretaker was helpful and charming. We highly recommend this property.

The house is perfect, the little pool is exactly what you need in this hot climate to cool down at any moment. It was very clean and we found it to be everything we needed in Cahuita! Would definitely recommend staying there!

Clean, nicely appointed, with everything needed available. Nice outdoor seating area, AC in the bedrooms, and good water pressure. Wendy, our host, was very communicative and accommodating!

Good location, great vibe, nice hosts, very well equipped outdoor kitchen, beautiful nature, quiet street – well, apart from monkeys being occasionally noisy 🙉 😉 Short walking distance from the bus station and the main supermarket of Cahuita. Also, as I was able to rent a super comfortable bike from the same accommodation, even the Playa Negro was not far at all. In my case it was also a super productive and focused work week 💻 📝 🤓 Why? Probably because one of my favorite places in Cahuita was my jungle home office from where I could see and hear many of the birds and animals people come to see in the National Park which was right next to us 🌴 🐒 🦀 🐿️ 🦎🦋🐜🦂 🦥 🌳 🌿 Thank you 🙏

The house is beautiful and has plenty of space. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom which is a bonus. The hosts were excellent as well, very helpful and responsive.
