Lili and Marco are great hosts, very friendly, responsive and they really care about you having a great time. The apartment was as described, very clean and had everything we needed. The quite large terrace was perfect to enjoy our breakfasts, coffees in the afternoon or dinner. The location is also great, very quiet area, we loved that you could hear the water running through the Levada during the day and night. Within 10min we could walk to the centre of Santana (up and down as typical on Madeira). The house is on the route to the Levada do Caldeirão Verde (<10min by car) and within 20min you reach the parking of Achada do Teixeira from where you can start a hike to Pico Ruivo. We especially appreciated the evenings in Santana, when the day tourists left and the city became calmer. It gives you time to visit the traditional houses with almost no one else and enjoy restaurants/bars with few tourists and locals. All in all we had a great stay here and can recommend it.

The location was perfect for us as we wanted something in the North. It could be a bit closer to the center for us it was perfect, with a little supermarket up the road (2 min walking). The host is amazing, so nice, everything was perfect in place, clean and they offered some welcome cookies. The house is really comfortable and well prepared, specially for the 2 kids we had with us.

Excellent location, large property with great views and nice swimming pool. Please disregard the negative comment about toilet roll on the review by 'Birznieksm Austria' as this is common practice throughout Madeira due to the nature of their waste water systems and processing.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful place! From the moment we arrived, Sara gave us a warm and friendly welcome, making us feel right at home. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need, and the highlight was definitely the jacuzzi on the terrace! The kids absolutely loved the inflatable toys and games provided, which kept them entertained for hours. And let’s not forget the cozy hammock, perfect for unwinding with a good book (from the personal library of Sara) or simply enjoying the surroundings. This place had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation, and we enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun stay with kids!

    Very comfortable bed and friendly host. Basic but fresh breakfast. location is comfortable to visit the village (literally 2 min walk from the centre with market, Casa typica etc). On request we got extra pillows. there is space to hand washing and drying your clothes. We could easily park on the street in the front of the house. Good warm and cold showers. Nice space with small table what made remote work possible. Very hygienic and clean. Easy check in.

    Basically everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, the breakfast was extensive and delicious, the views were breathtaking, the outside pool was maybe the most beautiful I've ever swam in, and all the other facilities were great. We stayed in the villa and while it does need a little love, was perfect for our needs. Surrounded by greenery, if it offers privacy and more space than the other rooms.

    I received a friendly welcome, was given an introduction to the accommodation, was able to taste wine, and there was even fresh fruit, bread and cheese in the room on my first day. Besides that you had the opportunity to retreat to your room, but the hosts were always available for an open conversation and gave great recommendations. The room had everything you needed except for a hairdryer. There was a nice balcony and the bed was very comfortable. I had a wonderful vacation.

    The villa has a pleasant atmosphere and is located in a beautiful environment. Breakfast was sufficient. We could also use the common kitchen when we wanted to have tea or cook dinner. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice.

    Beautiful place in stunning location. The views of the sea and the cliffs are spectacular. All the facilities are beautifully maintained and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the villas which are comfortable and spacious, especially if you travel with kids. The on-site restaurant is also very good. Overall a perfect stay.
