We were upgraded, I think, and got a roof terrace, facing quiet courtyards and gardens, with blackbirds singing. The flat is very simply furnished, one pays for the situation, not for any luxury. However, the bathroom was functional, everything felt clean and the AC worked. It was possible to pay the deposit at the hotel that owns the flat and the staff were very nice. It was very convenient to have a washing machine. The digital key worked well. My deposit was returned quickly.

Although located some distance from the train station, the tram runs almost to the door so it is very conveniently located. Buy book of ten tickets if you are staying a few days.
