    Breakfast spread was good. The Luxury rooms were spacious. The Hubballi lake is just across the road. Property was cleanly and room service was prompt. I will definitely spend more time in this hotel in the future.

    wow it’s a huge villa antique Portuguese Artitecth huge balcony , one balcony we can see the beach. other two is garden facing. Netflix was a add on nice speed of wifi. they provide you a kitchen few steps away from the beach. beach access is though the property. must stay here if your in south goa. it’s heaven
