We had an incredible experience at Villa Ivy! The villa offers breathtaking views, with a beautiful layout that feels open and airy. Having a private pool right on the terrace was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing while enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of town, within walking distance to the beach, yet still offering the peaceful silence of the jungle. The WiFi was strong and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. A special mention to the cleaning team, who kept everything spotless, and the concierge, who was always attentive and ready to help with any detail. The positive energy and great vibes made our stay even better. We will definitely be coming back!

The place is beautiful, modern, and calm. There aren't any loud noises or cars, truly a place to disconnect from everything. The place is 10/10. Manzanillo and hermosa beach are really close 5-10min drive (I would recommend renting a quad to move around. Santa Teresa is like a 15-20 min drive.) The apartment has everything needed to cook, and the outdoor shower and balcony are gorgeous. You can hear the waves and animals at night. Would recommend staying here if you want to relax and not be in the middle of everything but still close enough.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and a shared lounge, The L Design Villa in Carmen is close to Santa Teresa Beach and Carmen Beach.

The house was fabulously appointed, well thought out and very comfortable! With the layout, we all felt close but that we had our own space too. The bathrooms were fabulous, the air conditioning was a cold as you wanted it! We had to increase the temperature we got so cold (and it was HOT out). The road getting in is rustic in some spots but definitely improving, plus, it's an adventure so we found it to be a fun challenge. Even made a game of who could drive up it the smoothest. (I won) Josephina, our concierge was so helpful and quick to respond with everything, cleaning everyday was wonderful too and the maintenance team left the pool sparkling everyday. I expect to return to the L Design house soon. THANK YOU everyone!!

    The property is located on the hill. Very calm and beautiful! You can see amazing sunsets from there! It‘s an open house so the fronts can‘t be closed - but we never had any problems with that and also no animal visitors ;)

    Really close to the beach but off the main road so it was not noisy. Great individual villas overlooking the jungle. We loved the morning visits from the monkeys and iguanas that passed by the trees overlooking the villa. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great food nearby!

    The main part of the property is lush and beautiful with amenities and attractive lighting and villas around it. The outdoor kitchen was exceptional to cook food in while watching storms approach. Daily cleaning was nice too. There was usually staff onsite.

    Ohana Villas is a quiet oasis in the middle of busy Santa Teresa. A well designed property, thoughtful interior layout, plants and vegetation, zen (and I don't normally use the word zen). A very secure property too. Juan is a very good host, reaching out to me days before and when we arrived. Answers for any questions. Great restaurant recommendations too!

    The villas were great size with access to a lovely pool. The yoga centre had the most beautiful view over Santa Teresa as did the cafe they have open. The food at the cafe was incredible! And the service was amazing there. Free parking and internet and self catering facilities which worked well . The balconies had lovely rocking chair and hammock options . I extended my stay as it was so relaxing .

    Spacious, super clean and beautiful villas above santa teresa. The sight over the jungle and the pacific are astonishing. We could even observe a couple od parrots in the morning. The private pool is perfect to cool down as it is hot and humid in santa teresa. It is not a hotel, but our personal concierge service Sereen replied always prompt and helped us with everything we asked for. The kitchen is small but goodly equipped. If you stay in santa teresa, this will turn your fantastic holiday into a special one.
