River, the manager is the most proactive host stayin in touch with me from reservation and beyond. She is always ready to arrange any tickets we needed. The two male assistants were a delight, always helping me with bright smiles. Fanxipan is visible from my balcony. Town center is 20 mins walk. Cable car Fansipan, 10 min drive.
