Centrally located and only a 10-minute drive from the airport, the Hotel Ponta Delgada features a family ambience and comfortable furnishings. It features an elevated indoor pool. The breakfast was great, a lot more food options than expected, we were pleasantly surprised. The room and common spaces were really clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. You may want to keep in mind that the hotel is about a 10 min walk to the center of town. We did not mind the walk at all and I choose this location because I really wanted a pool. We were very happy with our choice.

The location is great- just a few minutes from the city center with lots of restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites. The staff was very helpful scheduling taxis and recommending where to eat and shop. The room was clean and well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. All for a great price! Would definitely stay here again for a safe and comfy stay in Ponta Delgada!
