Since I booked, Mr Min helped me to solve doubts and arrange things for my trip. The staff is very polite and helpful. They have a restaurant around the corner where you can find excellent food at a low price (try the chicken BBQ). The manager is well connected with the balloons, buses and taxis, so it makes your like a lot easier. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is very central to Mandalay Palace and the Capital Mall (good food). The staff were super helpful. The room was big, the water was very hot (like I like it), and the bed was really comfortable. I liked that I could cast my phone to the TV too.

The staff were incredible, especially Mr Soe Moe who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a beautiful breakfast to eat every morning as I have allergies that prevent me from eating at the breakfast buffet (which my friends said was amazing!) We got massages and rented an e-bike through them as well, which were great. I can’t recommend this property enough!! The view from the roof is beautiful.

Located in Mandalay, 500 metres from Mahar Thatkyarthiha Pagoda, The Hotel Nova provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. Only needed an overnight stay in Mandalay. The hotel staff was attentive. They also helped me with a tuk tuk ride across town for dinner & a personal private transfer to Bagan with the hotel manager & a driver - which was extremely helpful especially during this time with many foreigner restrictions. The breakfast was abundant, served with several local dishes. Roof top & its view was a bonus. Had a double corner view of the city from my 9th floor room which was clean, comfortable & safe. Sufficient for one night for all my needs!
