There's a shuttle service that we used after check-out to get to the train station and they lend us umbrellas when the rain was coming.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They can pick you up from the station and drop you off too. The room was clean and quite large, more than enough for a couple.

The design of the hotel is beautiful and intriguing, the room is classy, spacious with bright opnings on nature. The private onsen is a fabulous experience (after 14 years in Japan), the diner was very good, the breakfast in the room was delicious.
