AMP FLAT Ogokusou offers accommodation within 3.1 km of the centre of Fukuoka, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and a stovetop. The room was perfect for our family of five. It was very clean and comfortable, and we all had our own bed. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates and bowls, and the bathroom and shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The washing machine worked well. It was easy to use, and laundry soap was provided. There is an elevator to haul your luggage up to the third floor. However, the elevator takes you to the back door, which you cannot unlock from the outside. You have to use the stairs to enter the front door of the apartment. Then you can unlock the back door from the inside, and access the elevator. The location was great! It was a short 4-minute walk to the Gion train station, which is only one station away from Hakata Station. This made it very easy to use public transportation to get around the city.

LA CHIC Stay Hakata is situated in Fukuoka, 400 metres from Seiryu Park, 600 metres from Sumiyoshi Shrine, as well as less than 1 km from Tenjin Central Park. It was relatively easy to find. The steps weren't so steep for toddlers, steep but i have seen worse ones. The location was great - near to 7-11s, near to coin laundry, drug store, canal city, 5 to 10mins walk to train station. Check-in was easy, fuss free.
