Everything was provided and available for use! Location super nice inside the walls of the town. Marie, the owner, was really nice and available for everything. She also provided some suggestion for activities. Parking was also included, a real plus!

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to stay in the apartment advertised and Joachim very kindly offered me the use of a private apartment in his home that is normally kept for family use. It was a great place to stay, within the city walls and very handy to the town square with its numerous restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped (including an espresso machine and generous supply of coffee pods), a spacious living/dining room, compact kitchenette and large ensuite bedroom with an extremely comfy bed. Insect screens at the windows kept the mosquitos at bay and as a solo woman traveller I felt very safe and secure, both inside the apartment and out and about in the neighbouring area. Joachim is a thoughtful, generous host who even came to meet me at the rail station and my stay in Aigues-Morte was perfect in every way.

The air con was perfect on a very hot week! The location is brilliant, a road away from the beach and close to the markets.
