The staff were extremely helpful during my stay. They let me check in a little late and even made sure I had a ride back to the nearest station. The breakfast tasted as good as it looked. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfy.

The location was nice however because of late snow we were unable to get out and about and enjoy the property.
Combining comfort with value, 3-star hotels offer a wide variety of amenities to keep you happy. You can expect a private bathroom, Wifi in public areas, and dining areas with breakfast options. Plenty of chain hotels fall in this star-rating, with central locations close to popular landmarks.
Lovely B&B. There is just one room, so no other guests. It was very quiet and relaxing. I beleive the owners do live there as well, but in a seperate part. The room is big, for Japanese standards, and has everything you'll need. The location is remote, in a small village. There's a great Burger & Café in the center. You cannot miss it when you drive up there. There was a simple breakfast included: toast, fried egg, sausage, bit of fruit and coffee or tea. You can park in front of the room.
The owner is really kind and offered to pick me up and drop me off at the station, which made getting to the guesthouse much easier. There were food and drinks in the fridge when I arrived which was a great touch! It is a lovely location in the countryside and there is plenty of nature to explore. There are a few resturants, coffee shops and convience stores in the area which walking/biking distance. Would highly recommend!
Great location just off the highway.
Cosy and nice atmosphere.
Friendly staff.
Collection of jazz records including Beatles records with turntable to play them. Big speakers in lounge!
Great restaurant next door.
it’s location to the train station and spectacular views from my room of the mountains in the distance. the landlady was very friendly, although I didn’t speak the language.
It is a very big hotel with a good price. Loved the outdoor onsen. Loved the child friendly toys at the entrance. Loved the room is child friendly, with mattress on the floor. Loved the star observatory.
Wonderful location with views of Mount Fuji and Southern Alps. Very spacious room with. magnificent view of Mount Fuji. Great breakfast buffet. Nice Izakaya with good very variety of good food at reasonable price in evenings. Great onsen hot bath both indoors and outdoors. Free shuttle bus to and from station
Stunning architecture and a beautiful property in Hokuto. The staff went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable; they drove us to and from locations and even booked restaurants for us when requested. The breakfast was yum, the rooms were absolutely beautiful and the onsen was magical. It was a treat to be right next to the Keith Haring museum which was also fantastic.
