This was an extremely well presented and comfortable hotel offering fantastic value for money. Conveniently located in the heart of Ha Longs new development area it was the ideal spot to access the International Cruise Port for tours and trips around Ha Longs Heritage Bay (1.2Km away). All the staff were extremely nice and very helpful which is important, especially when offering advice on a range of suggestions for places to dinner.

The room was very clean and all the facilities were generally very good. We also appreciated the professional and attentive staff and were very pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to the royal suite. We sprung for the extra money and stayed in the Captains View Suite…it was absolutely gorgeous and totally worth it! Huge cabin, amazing private balcony at the front of the ship. Loved every minute of this trip. The excursions were also great! The ship is gorgeous and the staff is amazing.
