The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, they are truly caring and helpful, thank you for everything! Speaking about the hotel, the rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every corner. Restaurant and Pool are incredible!! Surely a highlight of our time at the hotel. If only we could have extended our stay! I wholeheartedly recommend Lahana to anyone seeking a flawless hotel experience with a touch of genuine care and outstanding service in Phu Quoc. I can't wait for the opportunity to return.

The rooms and location was perfect, just few minutes walk from a beach (that was almost empty at the time we visited - May). There was also a restaurant right on the beach. The host - Mr. Nhat was very friendly and made us very good breakfast every day. The price/performance ratio was excellent. We could also rent electric scooters and motorbikes, very cheaply. CLose to the central part with the theater show in the evening.

Staff is ready to fulfill any of your wishes if it is possible and will go an extra mile. Service is top notch. Our stay was very pleasant (Couple). Food and all the entertainment are right at the door step. Free cable car ticket and free water park ticket ! They have rooftop swimming pool couple streets away, it is still being built and a little under developed(March 2024), but great views from 16th floor, nice water temperature. I liked everything about this place, you won't regret it.

A buffet breakfast is available each morning at Palm Bay Resort Phu Quoc. Exceptional place for disconnecting and enjoying nature. Very beautiful resort of bungalows with a very chic taste. It has a swimming pool in the center open until night so you could enjoy it very easily. Rooms were very cozy, you could felt like home and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast consisted on a varied buffet. You could also pick some eggs that they prepared at the same time. We also needed to wash our clothes so it was very convenient for us the laundry service they offered. Location was very good, about 8 minutes walking to the main road. You could also go to beach walking. There are several restaurants in the way so even the resort is in a most quiet area, in 5 minutes you have several restaurants. Even there are some parts of the path that I would prefer that they have more light at night, it felt very calm and safe. Our last night was quite surprising as the staff was doing a monthly staff party and they shared the dinner and this moment also by inviting the guests. It was very very nice and I enyoyed that moment a lot. A very recommended place to stay in Phu Quoc. Definetely I would repeat!
