The staff really does its best to accomodate any type of request. Mr. Trung is amazingly good at his job, hyper efficient, multitasking and extremely gentle. The yoga lessons free of charge with a wonderful instructor are a real plus for travellers wishing to relax and doing a bit of exercise early in the morning. I would encourage the management to pay attention to few things: stains on pillows at the bottom of the bed; improvement of the English level of the staff; changing of the payment method for the laundry (by kilos instead of pieces); dinner quality (either you improve the quality or reduce the pricing). Considering the enormous efforts of the staff to make everybody at ease and happy, we give a well deserved 10.

Situated in Phu Quoc, 300 metres from Long Beach, Dusit Princess Moonrise Beach Resort features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. The resort is very beautiful and quiet, and the service and cleanliness are beyond excellent, and the best thing that impressed me as an Egyptian is that there is a water tap for the toilet ، The place is 10 minutes away from the airport. It is considered to be in the center of island. Nearby is a green bus station, which is a free service in island and leads to Grand Wonder. Next to the resort is a supermarket.

Camia Resort & Spa is located in Ong Lang Beach of Phu Quoc Island. With free WiFi, this 4-star resort offers a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service. The hotel crew was always friendly and helpful! The place is beautiful, clean and provides multiple extras: kayaks, bicycles, motorbike rent etc.

Surrounded by natural greenery, Lahana Resort offers eco-friendly accommodation in Duong Dong town in Phu Quoc. The resort boasts an outdoor infinity pool and on-site restaurant Ca Go. Staffs were friendly and have a great service mind, room was clean and bed was comfortable! Will definitely go back again!

The reception staff were welcoming, caring, and incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was impeccably clean and the amenities provided everything we could ask for. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

My family stayed at Valentina resort for a 1-week holiday. It felt like home. The kitchen staff and resort owners were supper friendly & supportive. Seeing how everyone working together and taking care of the resort and the guests were really heart warming and pleasant. The pool was lovely with flowers and palm trees. We used it everyday. The dogs were cute and engaging. The resort has bicycles for rent if you want a little adventure of riding them around the town on a budget. Our trip was made 100 times better by Mr Ngoc Pham, the resort’s driver. He drove us around the island in his big and comfortable car and helped a lot with booking tours (e.g. 5-island tour or VinWonders & Safari ). His local knowledge, friendliness and genuine moved us. Highly recommend him if you look for a comfortable transport option or going around in a big group. If I have a chance to go back to Phu Quoc, I would stay here again.
