The staff was very polite and helpful. The check in was very flexible. We just called them some minutes before arrival and could get into the room earlier. The room was perfectly clean. There is a small kitchen, which we didn't use, but fridge, cooker, dishes, etc. we're there. The beds were comfotable. Through the garden the Thermalpark (also great) is very close. I can definitely recommend this place :)
