You can add spa entrance for an additional fee. The staff was so accommodating for our dog! I let them know in advance we would bring him, then they had a note, bowls for food and water, and a sweet note welcoming him.

We came in late to the hotel with no advance notice so they could only gives a single room with an extra bed when we wanted a double room. They were hosting a convention that day. The next day they upgraded our room to the best one in the hotel. We stayed in that upgraded room for 3 more days. All at the single room rate. You can't beat that!!!

The jacuzzi can be booked for 1 hour time slot. I asked for vegan options for breakfast and they prepared many different options for me, which was very thoughtful and accommodating. Even though I am a grumpy morning person I did really enjoy my breakfast and Suzannes happy energy. I extended my stay and looking forward to returning maybe in the summer.
