The ambiance, walking distance to the beach. The layout of the villa was great with all the details thought about.

Quinta do Lago Golf, Sea & Sun features a spa centre and free private parking, and is within 8 km of Church of São Lourenço and 15 km of Vilamoura Marina. Very nice apartment in a quiet location. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The staff were extremely helpful. We stayed three nights for a wedding in the area, used the pool but didn't venture anywhere near the golf course. Very handy supermarket on site aso.

Set in Cabanas de Tavira, 1.4 km from Cabanas Beach, Casa Joana at Opomar by Cara Rentals offers accommodation with free WiFi, a terrace or a balcony and access to a garden and a year-round outdoor... Not having visiting Cabanas for a few years we noted that the town has grown and developed quite a bit. More choice for eating out, but definitely busier as well. O Pomar is located a little outside the town, but within easy walking distance, with a few shortcuts available. The complex itself is really nice, bar and restaurant on site are both excellent, and the fitness centre is small but well equipped. The pool is very nice, but as the complex got busier, getting a lounger was not always easy. But the staff and other guests were great and it was fairly managed. Casa Joana itself was excellent. More than enough space for our family of 5, balconies off each bedroom, each room ensuite, with a terrace to the rear - the kids did not want to leave. The accommodation was perfect - quiet and clean and excellent value. The team managing the accommodation were great to deal with. Highly recommended.

Set in Olhão, Privilege Apartment Les Mouettes with Rooftop Pool, Village Marina - Olhão features accommodation with a rooftop pool. The facilities were exceptional. We used the pool only once & mostly visited the islands. We made good use of the trolley, beach chairs & sun umbrellas, cooler bag & plastic lunch boxes for our numerous trips to the islands which were magical.
