The renovations to the old hospital are outstanding. A big thanks to the reservation team who after an initial difficulty came through with a welcome alternative.

It is a unique, serene experience, in a very clean, modern, small hotel, installed in a historic building. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond with help. We took advantage of the spa experience and with rainy days it was a treat to take a sauna or schedule a massage, in between walks through the historic center of Viseu. Breakfast was delicious, and tea is readily available. We grew to feel at home at the hotel and in Viseu.
