This hotel was a destination in and of itself to Cambodia, and everything was wonderful!!! The breakfast was spectacular and the food was delicious...the restaurant offered a great variety of selections on the menu to choose from at dinner. The staff was lovely, and their hospitality was exceptional!🤗 We liked having the option to choose fast-track immigration service that Bayon Modern Residence offered because it made our midnight arrival easier and smooth. The pool was amazing and inviting so we swam every day during our stay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from our balcony window every morning. We would stay at Bayon Modern Residence should we return to Cambodia someday in the future.

Visited here for 1 night in November and were very impressed. The room was clean. The hotel is located just outside the city, but still walking distance if you're up for it. The views of the city are great. Breakfast was good and the service we friendly.

The closest hotel to Angkor Temples - To explore Angkor Temples and Siem Reap Town on foot at your own leisurely pace, “People by The Community” is the best choice. This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and were well-prepared to make my stay special. The spacious, beautifully decorated room was very comfortable and quiet and made for a good night's sleep. Dressing gowns were also provided. There are two lovely pools: the rooftop pool is Ideal for sunbathing, and the shaded ground-level infinity pool is surrounded by palm trees and plants. I appreciated the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and organic. The hotel is ideally located just outside the city center and the closest hotel to Angkor Park which is ideal for the sunrise tours. The Tuk Tuk drivers working with the hotel are very friendly and helpful for getting anywhere in town. The hotel is community run and they have a community and environmental ethos so the staff are very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Cambodia.
