I loved this peaceful location surrounded by beautiful countryside to explore on bicycle. BUT you have to know this place is far from Kampot town! Don't come here if you aren't here for the spa. The spa experience is AMAZING! Like nothing I've ever done anywhere in my travels. It really was a total cultural immersion. I had an amazing experience and I loved that the staff couldn't speak English and communication was through gestures and caring touch rather than words. My spa day flowed seamlessly. The spa is totally different than any spa I've been to. I paid a set price for the 1/2 day. There was no menu and nothing to add to the price..... but I was given so much attention and loving care. The spa day started with learning about traditional women's medicine and pounding many kinds of fragrant roots in a mortar and pestle. The roots are good for every health ailment and also for beautiful skin. I kept imagining that I'd travelled back 500 years and was in ancient Angkorian Cambodia. Even the steam machine for the steam room was wonderfully primitive. We used the pounded roots as a kind of body lotion in the stone walled steam room. After the steam I was gently ushered to a lawn chair where I was given a long and most incredible head massage. Afterwards my hair was washed for me while I still lay in the chair and drifted into dream states. I was given some time to relax in a beautiful mineral springs fed stone pool. And after that there was more! All through the day I was brought tea and exotic fruits and even Khmer desserts. Meals are eaten together with the spa ladies and other guests. The food was by far the best I've had in Cambodia. Everything is locally grown and organic and so fresh! Even the rice noodles in our lunch curry were made just down the street. My bungalow was small, simple, and sweet with a big balcony overhanging a pond and shared bathrooms I could say so much more! Just go.

The hotel was great and clean and the food was excellent. But the thing that made everything really good was the staff. Lika the manager and Lita the waitress was the best people you will ever meet. The rest of the staff was just as great,but can't remember all the names🫣

The Rainforest Hotel really earns the four stars. All staff is extremly friendly and helps with organisation and information. In any respect. We enjoyed the best room. we have had during our long travel through Cambodia!. Especially the beds proofed a lot better, i.e. less hard as in all the other hotels. Breakfast was excellent, asian as well as western.. On the weekend as a bufet in total, during the week partialy a la carte (asian) and bufet (western plus fruit). It is true, that it is a bit too far to walk from the lovely city centre of Kampot. You definetly need a TukTuk to get there or return. That makes 5$ return in total and very easy to organize, but it is worth it, as you enjoy a great and calm stay over night.

Everyting was great and the staff was very welcoming. We had an amazing time and would return anytime.

Breakfast excellent maybe can be further improved by adding some vegan options like cereals or black beans, but anyway in general , the breakfast was OK Room very quiet and river view outstanding

Bohemiaz is set in the stunning countryside just 4km from Kampot town. Such a perfect place to stay in Kampot. Lovely staff, great facilities, the bungalows really make it feel like you’ve got your own little place. Food was also amazing and the ambiance was super chill

Objekat A&J Kampot Boutique, koji se nalazi u gradu Kampot, na 4,1 km od znamenitosti Kampot Pagoda, u ponudi ima smeštaj sa 3 zvezdice, kao i bazen na otvorenom, terasu i spa i velnes centar. The pool was nice, even though it was small. Would have been nice to have somewhere to lay out. The effort by the night receptionist was exceptional - trying to solve our air conditioning problems.

Objekat Castle Bayview Resort & Spa nudi smeštaj sa 5 zvezdica na obali mora u gradu Kampot i ima bazen na otvorenom, fitnes centar i vrt. Smeštaj nudi privatnu plažu, kao i terasu i bar. Breakfast was large with many options : Western and Khmer. Service was excellent!
