Outstanding customer service, we were upgraded from standard garden room to Athena suite with private heated pool for the same price, which made our stay! Breakfast was good, pool side service and food were great, special thanks to Federico. We also liked the complimentary sun-beds at their beach club il Riccio and the complementary return shuttle service.

Our Concierge Annalaura was amazing! They upgarated our room like a compliment. She organized all our program and reservations perfectly. The Hotel exceeded my expectations so much! Luxury facilities, classy environment. Boutique place with style. Much better that other 5 star hotels in the island. The staff was super attentive, nice and friendly. Good dinner menu and amazing wine list.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace, Tiberio House & Spa is set in Capri. A hot tub is available for guests. We love the the jacuzzi and lovely, clean and big house. Marco was very friendly to us. He contacted with me before my booking when i was at Amalfi. And thanks to him we arrived to Capri quickly and safely. Then he met us in the square and guided us home.

The pictures of the property are exactly what the apartment and view looks like - absolutely surreal. The host was amazing, she met us to provide the keys to the apartment and collect on checkout. Also allowed us to do late checkout free of charge. Our host made us the most amazing lemon cake that I still dream of and have tried to recreate but nothing compares. Daily cleaning was fantastic and fridges are refilled with water. Host is very accessible for any questions during your stay.

The food was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the views from the terrace was also fantastic. We loved the pool as well, also the staff was always ready to help with the shuttle from the hotel to the port or to the central piazzetta.
