The breakfast was amazing and the variety was quiet good. I liked the concept of Chai pani and enjoyed the drinks and snacks at Sundowners. The staff were always very attentive and they couldn't do more for making customers feel happy. The friendly and attentive staff were my favorite part of the stay!

Amazing property, very beautiful and exceptional service by the hotel team. Highly recommended visiting Although our stay was very short, we enjoyed the facilities at the spa and enjoyed the food at the Buffet restaurant. The hotel staff were very kind to prepare a breakfast to go bag due to our early flight. We were very impressed with their attention to detail. Would definitely come back again! I recently stayed at Cloud9 Sarovar Premiere Hotel in Goa, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. My partner is pregnant, so we had very high standards for cleanliness, comfort, and overall care during our trip, and this hotel absolutely delivered. The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped, making it a perfect, cozy space for us to relax. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch, which gave us so much peace of mind. It’s also worth noting that this is a relatively NEW property, having opened just a few months ago, but they’ve already got everything running beautifully. We loved everything about our stay. The pool area was lovely, and the food was incredible! delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. One great bonus was the free shuttle service to the beaches, which made it so easy to get out and explore without any hassle. The best feature, though, was the amazing staff. Every person we interacted with—whether at the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, or spa—was kind, attentive, and truly focused on making our stay as comfortable as possible. They really went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for, which we appreciated even more during such an important time in our lives. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Goa, I can’t recommend Cloud9 Sarovar Premiere Hotel enough!

The property is right on the beach, feels really safe and secure, and has a range of room options, all really reasonably priced, especially for the area! I opted for a room just off the beach with a fan, this was enough in December (I wouldn't have needed AC, but there were AC rooms). The room was spacious, a comfy bed, a cupboard for storage, good lighting, decent bathroom - everything I needed! George the owner / host is fantastic - a genuinely kind and helpful person who will happily give recommendations, help with transport, and respond to any queries or issues you may have crop up during your stay (I had a small issue with my room which was resolved immediately when I told him - during my stay I noticed he was always seeking to make further improvements to this quite new property). A great experience and a super base for exploring the area, or just relaxing at Patnem!

Fantastic apartment. Large and spacious. With a nice view of the pool. The owners are very nice. The gentleman who gave me the keys was very nice and helpful. I recommend it 200%!
