As for the architecture Each and every part was carefully thought for. It took them 11 years to build!! Dining experience was amazing as we dine local artists play great traditional musical tunes with their instruments. Rooms are great and spacious with spacious bathrooms. Lots of space to take a stroll around. 2swimming pools. Lots of mini fountains and birds drinking water from them. Majestic and simply magnificent property. Receptionist- Gaurav was very helpful with checking us in and showing us the different rooms & other areas around. Restaurant staff - Sunil, attended us very well for dinner & breakfast. Assisted us well with everything. Overall the staff were very nice friendly and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant. Jaipur has won our hearts and Hyatt Regency our soul! We are definitely going to be back soon!

Our room got upgraded to the suite (beautiful rooms) and the staff including Sahil, Papu & Mehrab was sweet, helpful and did everything to make our stay & tours comfortable. Sahil (the hotel owner) arranged desert tours and camel rides which was authentic and a great experience. We also tried to cook fresh local mutton with Sahil & Mehrab on the rooftop with open fire and it tasted amazing. I can fully recommend this place and I will visit this place again next time I am in Jaisalmer.
