The 4-star Avar Hotel was built in 2020 and it is located at the foot of the Mátra mountain. It offers garden, wellness center, 24-hour front desk, room service and luggage storage. Beautiful hotel, nice and friendly staff, delicious food and big variety, highly recommended. Tried many good hotels in the country but way above the average.:)

Situato a Demjén, il Barrico Thermal Hotel offre un bar, un giardino, un centro spa e benessere e una terrazza. The stay at this hotel was amazing. Everything was clean and cozy, the AC worked like a charm, and the water in the pools was really clean because they change it every day. I've read a bunch of comments about people complaining about the noise because the walls are too thin, but that's not true at all! It almost felt like there were no other people around; it was super quiet and relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were great, with a variety of dishes to try. The chocolate ice cream was delicious. They clean your room daily and also change the towels. But the true gem of this hotel is the staff! Gabriella, the receptionist, was so helpful and her English was excellent. She always went out of her way to help us and greeted every guest with a smile. Hotel Barrico, Gabriella is a keeper, get that girl a promotion or something :) I'd advise everyone to go to this hotel because it's very relaxing and in such a beautiful and quiet area.

Situata a Eger, a 700 m dal Castello di Eger, l'Erla Villa offre sistemazioni con connessione WiFi gratuita. Hotel bellissimo, personale gentile e disponibilissimo che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Volevamo fare solo una notte ma alle fine abbiamo fatto due notti in una camera stupenda, spaziosa con una vista fantastica. Torneremo sicuramente!

Offering on-site swimming pools, hot tub and saunas, Imola Hotel Platán is situated in the centre of Eger. It features a restaurant serving regional dégustation menus and a garden with terrace. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Hotel is adult only, beautiful, comfy beds, amazing breakfast, nice wellness area, polite and helpfull stuff. The location is very central in quiet area. Definitely would come back again.

Circondato da un giardino con barbecue, area salotto e area giochi, il Kék Lagúna Wellness Apartmanok sorge a 5 km dalla città di Eger, a Egerszalók. Breakfast was ok, I was surprised that the eggs were not stored in a heated spot.

Surrounded by woodland, this extensive resort offers a spa with Finnish saunas, a coveredable open-air swimming pool, an indoor jakuzzi, a squash court, and free Wi-Fi. We booked this hotel as part of our road trip in Hungary and were very happy with our choice. The communication with the hotel was great and smooth. I asked them to prepare a bottle of wine as a birthday gift and they did great with that including adding a note. Both breakfast and dinner were great, the wellness area was also great and there were many other activities at the hotel which made our stay more fun. The room was spacious and the location was also nice, very close to the natural park. Overall it was a great stay.

This was our second visit and we loved it just as much as we did 5 years ago. The food is amazing and the place is beautiful, clean and modern.

Hotel Ózon & Luxury Villas is a 4-star superior hotel set in the Mátra mountain range, surrounded by the Mátra National Preserve. Friendly staff, excellent location, indoor/outdoor pools and many activities around.
