This has been our 7th time in Crete but the first time in Rethymno and in this Hotel. Nautilux has been a really pleasant surprise: the team is always helpfull and nice, the sea is magic and the private beach really well manteined, the 2 pools are amazing and if you choose a room on the main floor you will have direct access to a private warm water minipool. The Spa and its hot pool is well managed. Breakfast and dinner were delicious even at the end of the season. You can reach the nice Rethymno Ancien center walking 20 minutes on the "lungomare". We will come back. Thanks to the team for the nice stay .

We stayed in this hotel with my wife and our one-year-old for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

Everything was amazing! From the rooftop breakfast to the friendly staff, from the beautiful views to the spotlessly clean interior. It was fantastic and we'd like to come again!

Outstanding beach resort, all around. Managed very professionally, very friendly stuff in all areas, fast response to any issue. Great selection of restaurants and bars, excellent food.

With magnificent sea views from a rocky headland above Aghios Nikolaos Bay, this adults-only resort blends together all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday. Everything was excellent! All rooms recently refurbished. all facilities looked like new. Boho style. Romantic feeling everywhere. Good breakfast, every morning something different, excellent cappucino. The weather was not the best, so only enjoyed the sunbeds next to the pool. The Blu in restaurant at the private beach is very beautiful and perfect for the dinner, even when its not warm weather and prices are reasonable! They provided us warm blankets. I got free upgrade as a heavy traveller, but our friends stayed in the room we were also supposed and even the “cheapest” rooms have some sea view and does not matter, as you will most probably stay outside most of the time!
