From September 2021, the private SPA of the Confidential Hotel will be open, by reservation and at additional cost. It will have a swimming pool, a hot tub and a sauna. I loved everything about it- it was unexpectedly beautiful, clean, with a lovely restaurant and the best staff I encountered in France so far.

Guests can relax in the spa and wellness centre, including an indoor pool, a fitness centre and a sauna, or in the garden.

The room was spotless, very clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always super friendly and helpful.

Our children really enjoyed being able to move around freely - including playing with the dogs (e.g. in the morning before breakfast so parents can sleep 30 minutes longer as a result) - and generally having a wide range of activities from swimming to the foosball table, so that the unfortunately all-too-frequent recourse to the iPad was the exception here.

The experience at Splendid cannot be conveyed through words - it needs to be lived!!! I will for sure return soon!

Breakfast is available, and includes continental, Full English/Irish and American options. At Lily of the Valley you will find a restaurant serving Italian, Mediterranean and local cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Everything was beautiful and the food was GREAT. Be aware the location is out in country so once you are there, you will probably be staying there for meals, etc. unless you use their transport. Location was stunning and very relaxing.
