The service at the Front Desk is impeccable and all their staff have been most helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the Spa and Sauna rooms which are modern, comfortable and contemporary. Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. The vast wellness, beauty and fitness area provide a superb possibility for relaxation. The hotel is truly beautiful! The staff is very professional, wellness area is excellent, food also as well as the bar. The area around the hotel is really nice. We'll definetly come back.

Everyone was super friendly and helping making me feel welcomed and like I was part of a family in the 5 days that I stayed there! I was treated like royalty!! I didn't get everyone's names but everyone from reception desk to the kitchen was awesome. Thank you for making me feel so special and welcomed! The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner.
