The breakfast was very tasty and the staff remembered I needed soy milk for coffee. View from breakfast was great

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Heaven on Earth!! Perfect location, in the heart of the town and 5min walk to the ski lift. Friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean rooms and amazing facilities. We especially loved the breakfast buffet where you can make your own waffels and pancakes while enjoying the view of the Matterhorn. Will definitely be back. Higly recommend Hotel Bristol!!

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Clean, neat, bed is really comfy and close to everywhere. The receptionist gave us surprise by upgrading our room.

Hotel recently renovated. We stayed in a junior suite with Matterhorn view. Excellent facilities: spa, swimming pool indoor and outdoor, spacious ski room with heated lockers incl space for helmets, gloves, skis, boots. Super friendly and caring staff. Great restaurant. Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice :-).

The breakfast was so delicious, it had everything and even more you wish a breakfast included. The fitness, spa and the pool are perfect for everyone who loves to work out, but also enjoys relaxing and recovering. The spa is super clean and even offers small snacks. The best thing however was the staff. Everyone was super welcome, warm and always available. As a solo traveler, it is extra nice when you feel looked after. Every morning I left a note about which trail I would explore, and every time I came back in the afternoon, I received the nicest welcome. I really felt liked they cared about my me and my safety. The best place to stay in Zermatt and I will definitely return. Thank you very much for the best stay in Zermatt.
