Located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore, a private bathing beach, the jetty with its own marina and garden, guest rooms and suites. What is there to not like about this hotel. So beautiful, staff is great, the spa was amazing. Ascona was for us a wonderful unexpected gem.

Beautiful location right across from the lake. Outside the front door was the incline to Monte Bre which was extremely convenient with stunning views!

Hotel Belvedere Locarno is a 4-star superior hotel on a beautiful sunny slope above Locarno and offers spectacular views of Lake Maggiore and the mountains, an indoor pool and modern wellness and... The view of the room is amazing. the spa is not thaat big but it has 2 different sauna and a relaxing room, also a swimming pool on the side and some massage and other services with additional costs. It was my boyfriend's birthday and they gave us a Proseco bottle. They picked us up and took us to the train station, which is also quite close. Lastly the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice. Extra: they have a special bike garage for storing your bike :)

Villa Principe Leopoldo can be found amid a large park above Lugano, offering panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the mountains, and featuring leisure, sport and wellness facilities, as well as... We absolutely loved our stay! Gorgeous views, wonderful staff, and the food was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. We had a wonderful time.
