Santé SPA Hotel has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Velingrad. This 5-star hotel offers a kids' club, room service and free WiFi. The wellness area includes an indoor pool, fitness centre and sauna, while an outdoor swimming pool is also available. I liked almost everything. The hotel, the staff, spa center really was excellent.

The animation for the kids was great, the two ladies really know how to entertain children. There was a good choise of food, both breakfast and dinner. For sure we're returning back in near future!

The hotel in located in the outskirts of this little town surrounded by nature, very quiet, we had a great rest.

What I enjoyed most: 1 - The location > Unlikely, most of the other Hotels in Velingrad, Kashmir is a gem in the nature, I truly appreciated all the green surrounding the structure. 2 - The Staff > All the staff in the hotel is well-mannered and helpful, with a special mention to the waiters in the restaurant. 3 - The Spa > Without any doubt the best SPA I've been in Velingrad. The SPA area in the middle of the wood is a huge plus, and a great experience. 4 - The food > Kudos to the chef! The food quality and the great selection of dishes was really exceptional. 5 - The Room > Our room was great, with a lovely balcony, and very well furnished.

Great outdoor seating area for beautiful summer days. Great indoor lobby, decorated like a library, inviting and dozy. Very nice part of town. We loved our time there.

Everything was perfect, the place was extremely clean, the spa was not crowded and was also really clean. The host was really friendly and helpful.
