The hotel was clean. The pool and and the spa was perfect. Breakfast was superb. The hotel has also three restaurants althpugh little bit pricy taste and quality was very good. The staff was kimd and helpful. My 6 year old kid had a good time there.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Location, service, staff, facilities... the jacuzzi outside was super cool. all was top ! Well done guys

The location couldn’t have been better. The apartment is within walking distance of a charming park, which was a favorite spot for our family. It was wonderful to have such a peaceful and lovely green space nearby. We would highly recommend Perun Apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.
