Hotel Post Wrann is a traditional hotel with over 200 years of history right in the centre of Velden, only a few steps from the casino and Lake Wörthersee. Free WiFi is provided throughout the hotel. The hotel is excellent, beautifully furnished, exceptionally large rooms with a spacious bathroom and lovely balcony right in the heart of Velden. The spa is very nice and the breakfast was tasty with a wide range of options available. The restaurant is very good and we ate lunch and dinner there also and it was very good. We also took advantage of the free bicycle option and cycled all the way around Lake Worthersee, a very nice trip. Expensive but standard for the location. We didn't use the lake access but were given passes if we had wanted to do so.

Seeappartements Villa Sole is located directly at the shores of Lake Wörthersee in the centre of Pörtschach and offers apartments featuring a balcony with lake views and direct access to the lake from... Location is as great. Hosts were very kind. They had a bar and ice cream stand. She was really kind and ran a load of wash which helped a lot.

Offering a private beach, Seehotel Astoria in Pörtschach is located right on the shore of Lake. This was a great Hotel. The sundeck was right off the water and provided great access to the lake. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast on their wonderful outdoor patio. EBikes were available at the property and advice on where to cycle was available from the staff.

The Seehotel Das JO. in Pörtschach offers a private beach with deck chairs and sunshades right on the shore of Lake Wörth, only a few metres away. I liked the friendliness and courtesy of the staff, the welcome extended to my puppy, who found a bed and a blanket as well as water and food bowls. The breakfast was excellent. I also liked the proximity to the city center and hiking trails. It was really great and would use that hotel again.

The hotel is beautiful, full of art and set on a stunning lake. The property is immaculate, the service impeccable and the food delicious. They have an amazing pastry chef and wonderful breakfasts. Our room was very comfortable, huge bathroom, gorgeous views and terrace. The spa was wonderful too!

El Seehotel Europa, de 4 estrelles superior, està envoltat per una finca privada de 30.000 m². Absolutely everything is perfect. We stayed in one of the loft rooms. Lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The choice at the breakfast buffet was unbelievable. The omelettes were 1st class. Amazing staff.

Landhaus Streklhof is set amidst the hills and meadows of Southern Carinthia, 3 km from Lake Wörthersee and 4 km from the centre of Velden. Location, cleanness, sauna - exceptional, quiet surroundings, view from my balcony, very delicious dinner.
