Everything. The location was just near the forest and the ski tracks in the center of Kopaonik. The staff was very polite and usefull at the same time. The hotel has wonderful SPA center with everything you need. I enjoyed the very delicious food made at the hotel restaurant. All was just perfect. I`m looking forward to be their guest soon.

1. Convenient location but all hotels in the area are within walking distance so this one was no better than the others. 2. Garage parking but it is valet and once the car is parked, you don’t have access to it.
