Outstanding Customer Service. I left a pair of new sneakers in the room and the property arranged to ship them to me in the US. Moritz was amazing, gave us great pointers for seeing the sights in the area. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food and service was a perfect “10”.

This was the most magical place my husband and I have ever stayed and we truly hope to come back! We had booked this property last minute for one night as an in between for our upcoming accommodation. However after staying one night, we canceled our upcoming accommodation and booked this place for 3 more nights. Hotel Lewald exceeded our expectations. We used Bolzano as a launch point for our 3 days of exploring the Dolamites. Check in was a breeze. Christian and his mom (the 4th generation owners) were beyond gracious and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. We were provided a complimentary cocktail and aperitif every afternoon at the pool, which was clean and refreshing on hot afternoons. We were also presented with free public transportation tickets, although we didn’t use them because we had a car. Recommendations for restaurants that were not touristy and were close to the hotel were terrific. Although the airport is within walking distance to the airport we never heard a plane once. The wellness center was an unexpected bonus and we used it every single day. Heaven!! Breakfast was great and to my pleasant surprise they had gluten free options!! Cocktails were delicious and strong. We would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!!
