This place exceeded our expectations! The room and the breakfast were perfect! It is located in a peaceful area, just a 5-minute drive from the Cathedral of St. Francis of Assisi. The house is fantastic and every detail has been thought of - the garden is equipped with a bbq, lots of spaces to sit and relax (lots of shade), and a jacuzzi. The living room has a pool table that can be turned into a table tennis table and is for private use. The kitchen is lovely ( a typical ‘country kitchen ‘) and is also very well equipped (even oil, salt, pepper, coffee etc is available for use). Three of the bedrooms have double beds and another bedroom has two single beds. The mattresses are (unlike many holiday homes) very comfortable! The house is located in a small village. Despite the fact that it is very small, there are two very good restaurants, a bakery and a bar! The nearest supermarket is 3 km away. Assisi is about 13 minutes driving from the house. The host is super friendly and responds very quickly to any questions. We also received some great tips for places to visit. We definitely recommend this place!!
