The hotel was absolutely spotless with beautiful decor. The bedroom was lovely and spacious, with a fabulous ensuite bathroom. The breakfast at the hotel was one of the best I’ve ever had, offering plenty of options and a lovely seating area. All the staff members at the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful or obliging. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in a lovely hotel.

What better way to unwind after a day of sightseeing than at a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, providing luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools, and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
pool (very shallow, great for kids, warm water, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, relaxing)
best kids meal options I’ve ever seen (brasserie)
the afternoon tea /cake section of the hotel looked fab, unfortunately didn’t get to taste
breakfast great
relaxing sprinkling sound of water feature in gardens
Very nice, clean and spacious room. The Bedford had exceptional facilities including a resturant, gym, sauna and a nice sitting area that was very relaxing. Our room was much larger than we expected and the bed very comfortable. We were met by Sharon who was more than gracious in showing us the properties attributes and ensuring all of our questions were answered with regards to things to see and do. Our breakfast was fantastic - wide variety of food to order and a top notch barista who knew how to make a cappuccino.
Great room. My wife had an excellent massage at the Spa. Ate in the Savoy Grill the first evening and the food was first class. Lots of choices at breakfast which set us up for the day.
deluxe room was spacious, excellent breakfast with good choices inc gluten free options, very helpful and friendly staff. Spa and outside hot tub were well maintained and very relaxing.
The staff was super friendly and Helpful. They held my bag during my early arrival, made good recommendations to eat and hang out. The amenities were next level great (Room, Grooming products , Bed and linens/Towels ). The spa downstairs was also next level. I love spa`s and I rank this one as one of the best I have had (Decor , quiet , peaceful , great Massage and wellness products). Breakfast . lunch and tea time were great eats (I found just the supper was not at the same level from a price perspective)
The hotel is so nice and modern. We loved it and will definitely return. Dining area was spacious. Breakfast and lunch were to die for! Pool area & thermal suites were lovely. loved the hot tub outside! We hadn’t planned on visiting the city centre so the location didn’t bother us. The room was great and had everything that we needed for our stay. The staff were very helpful. The bar was nice too. plenty of parking.
