Although breakfast wasn't included, we ordered it separately and enjoyed it on our room's balcony. Our host, Alexandros, was exceptionally kind and offered many useful tips. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is easy walking distance of the local supermarket, bakery, restaurants and beach (although on a slight hill so less easy for someone with mobility challenges). Room was spotlessly clean with a lovely view of the sea. The staff were kind and very helpful. Great breakfast. All very relaxed. I only had a couple of days in Askeli but it was perfect!

Just a few steps up from the port road and very close to the parking, small boat transfer to mainland, taxi, and a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, convenient store. The property has a balcony that overlooks the port. Very relaxing gazing of the ships & sailing boats entering the port area. The flat is spacious, clean and the owner and local representative very responsive and efficient. We highly recommend it if you are visiting Poros.
