호텔 자체가 깔끔하엿고 무엇보다 DEANSGATE역에서 바로 나와서 갈 수 있다는 점이 마음에 들었다. 그리고 호텔 바로 옆은 저녁에 클럽을 운영하고 그 근처가 술집, 펍 등이 많은데도 호텔 내에 있으면 소음도 안 들어오고 조용했다. 아주 마음에 드는 호텔이었다. 조식은 가짓수만 많은 조식이 아니라 그 품질도 훌륭했다. 훈제연어, 치즈, 빵, 과일 등이 신선하게 제공되었다. 1층에 있는 바와 겸하는 레스토랑도 직원들의 안내가 훌륭했고 무엇보다도 이방인이고 영어가 부족한 나도 잘 알아들을 수 있게끔 쉬운 영어로 메뉴 설명이나 고객응대를 해주었다.
