The room was beautiful and the service was reat - did not expect to pay for each cup of coffee ordered at breakfast separately - clients should be aware of this - everthing at breakfast is charged including coffee even if you get the full breakfast
Otherwise everything was wonderful and its about 4 Euro per cup which is very high and we just never asked so important to be aware of this

Almagro is a gorgeous traditional looking Spanish town and the Parador is in a beautiful building a 2 minute walk from the Plaza Mayor. The swimming pool was a highlight for us as deeper than most pools, and bonus the bar just next to it. The bedrooms are spacious and so clean with such good bed linen. Our stay here was a true Spanish experience with courtyard decorated with local and family artefacts. Breakfast was also very Spanish with excellent local olive oils to try with the tostada con tomate as well as fresh orange juice, hams, cheese, as well as homemade cakes and strawberry jam. Worth going to Almagro just to stay here!
