Amazing!! Stunning beauty and world class charm. Ski in/out. And the spa, oh the spa, was heaven. Sitting in the jacuzzi looking out over the most beautiful mountain scene you could ever imagine. 1st class and no place is even close. Will go again, and again.

It is very old style hotel with history! The most attractive thing is good service! The stuff is very hospital, especially the SPA-stuff.
In the Kempinski hotel you can also realize the spirit of oncoming Christmas!
Thank you so much!

Everything was exceptional from the staff to the facilities, but if I had to choose one thing that stood out, it was an amazing breakfast with a panoramic view.

The hotel is a bit on the older side however has its own unique charm. Everything was clean. Staff were great and very friendly. Location is about 5-7 minute walk from the bus station uphill but not too bad even with a large luggage.
What better way to unwind after a day of sightseeing than at a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, providing luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools, and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
The area was really quiet, and kind of hard to get to, because we needed to take the bus from the main station. There isn't a lot around there, other than a few grocery stores and restaurants, and is fairly far from the "main town." The breakfast was good. I wish they had told us a little earlier that we could order pancake and omlettes but we found out and they were delicious! The spa was relaxing, and they provide towels and slippers to use.
Everything: impeccable service, wonderful location, plentiful breakfasts, luxury terrace with fantastic view, good livemusic bar, restaurants.. Fantastic Spa. This is one of the best hotels.
Great staff and enormously welcoming, helpful in all ways. Location is super, views terrific. Lovely Wellness Spa and great breakfast. Pet friendly too.
Good views . Great Spa . Had a great massage & sauna .
Great food . Lovely staff . Family owned quality establishment. Not expensive but 10mins travel from town centre .
A well-situated hotel, a Coop shop and buses nearby. A shuttle service to and from the train station was available if needed. My room was comfortable and clean, and the shower cubicle was not cramped. I could have upgraded to a room with a better view, but at extra cost. The pool/sauna/games areas were superb. The breakfast was excellent in a spacious dining area, and all the hotel staff were attentive, cheerful and informative.
Comfortable, clean and cosy room with a balcony overlooking the main roundabout. Enough space for us and the kids. Complimentary pickup and drop-off from train station. Nice restaurant where we enjoyed both a relaxed breakfast and a delicious dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to explore the town from. Enjoyed music at the jazz festival playing right in the hotel courtyard during our stay.
We had a really great time staying at this lovely hotel in St. Moritz. The hotel was very nice and in a great location. It was near the train station and we could see a beautiful lake from the property. We liked that we could walk to old town and the station without needing a car or anything. The hotel had a really cool wellness area to relax with a sauna, and the breakfast and dinner at their restaurant were both excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful time, we hope to come back for our next stay.
The hotel is situated right at the city center. You will not have a hard time looking for places to eat or shop. The breakfast they served was wonderful. One of the best I had during my stay in Switzerland. They have an indoor swimming pool and sauna room. They also offer spa massage services which I really liked because this was the last leg of my trip.
The staff was very friendly and supportive. the breakfast was rich and delicious. the spa area had 2 saunas, pool and a relaxing area. there was a paking place which we could use.
