Spa has breathtaking view of the mountains. I liked the clean room and incredible breakfast that had a great variety of different food, sweet and not, and everything was really very tasty. The bar offers also very nice drinks that were beautifully served.

The quality of the toiletries was good, the shower was excellent. The breakfast had plenty of choice, although the room itself might be crowded in peak periods. The spa was well equipped, good service and clean. the staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable, especially the concierge service was excellent and really helped us in securing medication that we needed from a pharmacy 30 mins away.HomaFamily with young children

Enjoyed my evening meal and possibly one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever seen. Friendly, efficient staff. Great location for hiking. I only wish I could've stayed longer to enjoy the hotel and its facilities (pool, spa, massages) even more!

The breakfast had a wide selection of options. The Spa was enormous and had many pools, two saunas and two steamrooms. The hotel has an ideal location in Andermatt, close to the train station and the gondolas for skiing.
