Gabriela and Mario were very nice to everyone, always there to help. The Hotel Boutique is looking awesome, from the style and the furniture to the plates. Clearly, it was a great investment. The food is fresh and delicious, the deserts, especially the cake made with yogurt, honey, nuts, and blueberries!!! 🤩🤩🤩 the ladies from cleaning did their job very well. I totally recommend this hotel boutique, very cozy, clean, beautiful and the food very tasty.

    Location is perfect - very close to the lift Food is great - both breakfast buffet and dinner Rooms are spacious and sparkling clean Lobby is nice for evening drinks and board games Spa is good - highly recommend the massages - the guy is professional with long physio career!     Perfect value quality/money. The spa included a small heated pool, another pool also inside, steam sauna and dry sauna. Sunchairs outside and inside. Also a gym area. For us, the food was more than ok, same breakfast every day but I don’t think we eat that variaty at home in a week anyway. Dinner was delicious and the cakes for desert added one kilo to the scale. The room we booked was renovated and clean but very small, also we didn’t care about that, we came to climb the mountains, not to watch TV.

    Great facilities (pool, saunas, kids club), very central location, good quality breakfast Also, special thanks to the staff at all stations: front desk, food&beverage, spa, kids camp - all staff members were very professional and friendly. General Manager (Yordan) puts a lot of effort in making guest experience great and run the hotel efficiently.

    Breakfast and dinner were better than I was expected. Big variety of dishes. Swimming pool with warm water. My children played there for hours and didn't want to go out. Sauna, aroma sauna and steam room were very good. It was good facilities for relaxation after skiing. Room was spacious and warm. All wet clothes dried quickly.

    We had the best time in the hotel. We stayed in a finish chalet and it was magical. The breakfast was delicious. Spa and massage were very relaxing Would definitely recommend

    Rooms are spacious, staff were very friendly, breakfast and dinner was amazing. Many options, you will never get bored. Free wine and beer with half board option every night. Salads and vegetables were so fresh and tasty, you don’t get same taste in uk. Spa was great- sauna, steam room, pool, relaxation area. All you need after long day on slopes. Free shuttle to slopes every 20 mins.

    The property is very modern, clean and well kept, comfy beds and a great location, 2 mins walk from the gondola. The pool area is lovely, with a hot tub and steam room/ sauna. We had low expectations of the breakfast included, but there was a good selection provided, even for fussy eaters! Rooms are really big (especially for a ski resort) with lots of storage space.

    Great Location, only a few minutes walk from the slopes. The hotel is cosy, and the room was nicely furnished and spacious for two adults and two children. Breakfast is delicious. SPA facilities are in the open air with several saunas and hot tubes. The SPA should be booked separately for a fee which is decent for a unique experience. The hotel management and the staff are friendly and helpful.

    Very good hotel, with spa facilities (small pool, a few saunas, relaxing room, massage). Tasty and rich breakfast. We also had a great dinner in the bulgarian traditional restaurant (Mehana). Plus the lobby bar, a relaxing stop for us in the evening. The shuttle to the center was very convenient too.
