Great treatment by the hotel staff — everyone (from receptionist to the waiters) was very kind and helpful! The place is great value for the price, as it offers spacious rooms and access to SPA at a reasonable price (true, the facilities are a bit amortised, but overall still ok).

Gorgeous hotel and Location is excellent! The proximity to gondolas is perfect, close to old and new town. The rooms are new and super comfortable.

The host was amazing - very responsive and accommodating. The room was perfectly sized for us, with a good balcony. The spa facilities were amazing as well.

I lived here for a few days in June 2024. Private apartments on the territory of a closed residential complex (a series of houses on the territory, as in the photo). You get the keys at the reception, as in a hotel, but the hostess was always in touch by phone. We settled in without problems, despite the fact that we arrived late, we booked the apartment in time before arrival. The complex is within walking distance to the center, as well as to a nice lake with a restaurant on the shore. The complex has outdoor and indoor pools, as well as its own underground parking, which can be used free of charge when renting this apartment. There were enough parking spaces in summer. Then the rule that you occupy a free space can lead to competition. The complex also provides room cleaning and you can also maintain cleanliness with a vacuum cleaner yourself. Apps is on the second floor, but formally on the first,so you don't need to climb a lot. Separate bedroom and combined kitchen - living room. Balcony leads to a beautiful courtyard with a children's playground. The location of the balconies is on different levels, with trees in front of them. So that privacy is preserved if you decide to spend time there. The bed is comfortable, clean, the furniture is in good condition, and the bathroom is much more comfortable than usual. In the kitchen we found all the necessary and even a full-size electric oven. It was very nice to see a coffee capsules. The TV is big, easy to set up, and the air conditioner works properly. Of the nuances: the refrigerator is small and there is no freezer. There are no dryers or clothespins on the balcony(Probably, this is because there are washing services somewhere) I did not find a grater and small, 30-50 ml shot glasses. So, if you are from Ukraine and decide to cook Borscht and and drink a stack of the local strong drink Mastica, there may be difficulties. And let it be the only inconvenience in all apartments on your way! :)
