I booked this stay for my wife and daughter while I took my youngest to Europa Park. It was a bit of a gamble because neither had stayed in a spa hotel like this before, so I was a bit worried that they might feel intimidated and not feel able to engage with it to get the full benefit. The welcoming staff are a I think big part of the reason that was a non-issue. The reports back from my wife and daughter were that it could not have been better - the environment, the staff, the food, the room, and facilities including the additional wellness services they purchased - everything was beyond expectation and I thank the staff and the venue for an experience they will remember for a long time!

It is a great hotel, not to big. The room was very spacious with sitting area. They serve a superb breakfast , lots of choice and everything is homemade. In the afternoon homemade pie, and healthy drinks. They have a great sauna witch you can use with relax room. Close to the ski area, only 10 minutes by foot or you can take the ski bus. The view from the hotelraam was fabulous

The room is spacious with balcony. The location is good with the cable car station nearby. The facilities are well-maintained with indoor swimming pool and the spa areas. Good-size room with a superb view of the mountains. Helpful and friendly service from all the staff, and a great location for skiers and boarders, just a short walk from being ski-in, ski-out. The wellness centre is spacious and well kept, and it was very relaxing to have a sauna after a day on the slopes. Bus stop close by for easy connection to train stations.
