Monika the owner of the hotel, was very nice and helpful, giving the guests a true personal attention. Location is great, in a walking distance from the center, cable cars and restaurants. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was good.

Amazing atmosphere: spirit of Austria and Alps, super friendly staff. Hotel is recently renovated, very comfortable rooms, everything is excellent. We had half board menu - very tasty dinner! Amazing view from our balcony to the Church and central very cozy square of the city. We extended our staying 1,5 week :) and plan to come in Winter. Strongly recommend!

    The staff were very friendly and attentive. We arrived on a rest-day, yet the restaurant offered a 4-course dinner, which was made with local or home grown ingredients and was very flavorful. We liked the chefs approach very much. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and absolutely delicious too. The spa area offered many different saunas, pool area was peaceful.

    What a stunning 5 day mountain escape. Beautiful wellness spaces and luxurious facilities. Just so very special all of the free events offered to guests, wow, we were so impressed. Thank you Markus for the meditation and sauna experiences. Very rarely do we stay in all-inclusive places but again, wow - the food could not be faulted. More staff are needed when the hotel is fully-booked so that dinner is not a 3 hour event but other than that, a truly exceptional time, thank you.

    Excellent location just a few minutes walk from central mayrhofen. Large spacious ground floor chalet with small deck and garden. Perfect for our dog. Very well equipped with laundry facilities too. Sauna and relaxation area a bonus!

    It was fairly close to the Penkenbahn lift, lots of space to store your skiing equipment, rooms were clean and cozy, lovely view from the balcony, the bathroom was incredibly spacious, the sauna was relaxing and the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

    Very friendly and helpful staff, they will go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Very clean and spacious rooms which were recently redecorated, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Location is perfect, just outside the town center, so it is quiet at night. But all facilities, including ski lift and après ski at walking distance. Breakfast was very good, and loads of choice. Free parking in front of the door. Great Wellness/sauna area to relax after a day on the mountain.

    The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are great for relaxing after long days of skiing. The sauna is an added bonus also. To get you ready for the slops the fantastic variety for breakfast is very good. It was a hot and cold breakfast with both sweet and savoury dishes. The area provided for breakfast is spacious and bright with outside vies of the surrounding area. The facilities for ski and boot storage is excellent and the boot drying system was great.

    Spatious room for the 3 of us, nice shower, nice view. The breakfast is very good. I liked the sauna and steam bath. Also had a very good back massage. The bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to Penkenbahn or Ahorn (recommend this ski area for 1/2 or 1 day)
