Tremendous service and hospitality from front desk and breakfast staff. We've stayed at this hotel before and continued to be impressed by the customer focus and the quality/cleanliness of the room and facilities. Location is excellent with access to the old town and cable car in just a few meters. Breakfast is outstanding and the team uses regional products from local makers. Sauna areas is nice and views from the hotel patio are great.

The rooms are spacious with beautiful views of the mountains. The spa was an unexpected treat--so many fantastic steam room and sauna options. We also loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The restaurants were quite good and the breakfast really exceptional. Staff were very nice and seemed genuine. The shuttle into town was quite convenient.
