The room is spacious with balcony. The location is good with the cable car station nearby. The facilities are well-maintained with indoor swimming pool and the spa areas. Good-size room with a superb view of the mountains. Helpful and friendly service from all the staff, and a great location for skiers and boarders, just a short walk from being ski-in, ski-out. The wellness centre is spacious and well kept, and it was very relaxing to have a sauna after a day on the slopes. Bus stop close by for easy connection to train stations.

I booked this stay for my wife and daughter while I took my youngest to Europa Park. It was a bit of a gamble because neither had stayed in a spa hotel like this before, so I was a bit worried that they might feel intimidated and not feel able to engage with it to get the full benefit. The welcoming staff are a I think big part of the reason that was a non-issue. The reports back from my wife and daughter were that it could not have been better - the environment, the staff, the food, the room, and facilities including the additional wellness services they purchased - everything was beyond expectation and I thank the staff and the venue for an experience they will remember for a long time!

It is a great hotel, not to big. The room was very spacious with sitting area. They serve a superb breakfast , lots of choice and everything is homemade. In the afternoon homemade pie, and healthy drinks. They have a great sauna witch you can use with relax room. Close to the ski area, only 10 minutes by foot or you can take the ski bus.
