We looooved everything, the hotel was two classes above the advertised, everything, including food, was exceptional!

Key were ready when we arrived and these ladies explained how to get to the room! The apartment was super clean, and WELL POSITIONED, very close to the center of the ski resorts, so you don't have to carry your skies and also, close to the nightlife... the apartment looks super modern and equipped with everything... all appliances were new (seems like this is a new hotel)... oh the heating floor was the best thing you can get in the winterish time.. the place is super safe and monitored 24/7 with cameras... just the best place / value for money you can get at Kopaonik ski center! Lastly, storage for skis were on -1 and -2 level (super convenient) FULLY RECOMMEND!

It was one of the best vacation, we stayed with my work colleagues for 3 nights, we were 17 adults and 7 children. Mr. Bratislav is a special person, a professional who makes you want to come back only to the Mramor cottage every time when you go skiing in Serbia. We opted for breakfast and dinner, it was extremely tasty and very cheap. He arranged for us the mini van with driver to take us to the ski slope and back every time, even if there was only one person in the car. We only had to send the message "10 minutes" and he would come to pick us up. All my colleagues were very pleased, and they have not a single thing to complain about. Thank you Mr. Bratislav for helping us feel so good!

The property was very cozy, warm, clean. Great location with the garage included, which was very handy! Massive thank you to the staff working at the reception. They were in contact with us, considering we arrived very late, by all times. They provided us with the photos and directions on how to find the apartment. Most importantly, they were helping us with contacting the airport in regards to the lost luggage throughout the whole stay and when we arrived back to the UK. Thank you!

But this time we were really impressed with total perfection: room quality, location, food in restaurant, service and price to quality balance. If you came to Kopaonik for skiing - it is absolute must to visit Jošanićka banja for thermal bathing and stay at least one night in this nice, clean and cute hotel - just enjoy perfect dinner in the evening and excellent breakfast in the morning. Just 'WOW!'
