The apartment felt brand new, and we felt like the first staying it in. It was super nicely decorated, and everything was in good condition. The beds were comfy, the shower was also perfect. They provided nice outdoor furniture so we were able to enjoy the head on the apartments terrace. Close to town so you could walk to get lunch/dinner. The pool was also great and free entry for the camp goers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional—kind, welcoming, and helpful across the board, from reception to kitchen and cleaning. I also appreciated the flexibility they offered, especially with check-in, which was seamless and stress-free thanks to their smart system. It’s rare to find a hotel as pet-friendly as this one, and our dog was treated warmly by everyone. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly heated, and having 24-hour snacks and drinks available in the lobby was a lovely touch—it made for great evenings with friends. The hotel staff also helped arrange a taxi quickly, which was much appreciated.

We felt very welcomed during our stay. The staff was very friendly. Despite arriving quite late on a Saturday night, just as the kitchen was about to close, they still took the time to ask if we wanted to have dinner. We wanted to visit Freiburg, Triberg and apartment has a perfect location - close to both places. Apartment is very clean and big enough for 4 persons. Bathroom is very big, has both bathtub and shower. We travelled with a mini dog and it also was very comfortable in the apartment. Apartment equipped with absolutely everything, we even made BBQ on the terrace . In the evening we played game, which we found in the room. Apartment is located in a very quite area , so we slept very good. Beds are also very comfortable . The host was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to everybody .
